When we refer to the automobile marketing and its evolution, the name of Mexico automatically comes in. First ever automobiles to make their way into the cities of Mexico were 136 in 1903 that rose to 800 after three years. This motivated President Porfirio Diaz (1984-1910) to form first highway code in the country permitting cars to run at a maximum speed of 10 km/hr on crowded and small streets and 40 km/h on the other streets.
